I know it's not Valentine season. In fact, it's only 2 months past. But I'm sharing what we did this year and it was a total HIT in the classroom! I bought these "lego" style glasses on Amazon and created a quick print on cardstock. We used treat bags and stapled the cards on top. Best Valentine's in the class!
